Full Event Planning

Our Full Event Planning package is the premier service that includes providing assistance and ideas that will make the journey to your wedding day a smooth adventure. This package includes full execution of your wedding weekend so you can rest assured that everything will go off as you have always dreamed!

 

Pre-Planning

  • Complimentary initial consultation
  • Unlimited phone, email and in-person meetings availability during business hours
  • Up to 8 hours of wedding related errands
  • Day-of coordination & coordination of 1 Pre-Event.
  • Prepare payment schedules and provide reminders on all vendor’s contract balances and payment due dates
  • Prepare a schedule/timeline and checklists
  • Prepare a wedding day itinerary
  • Hold budget discussions and create a detailed budget sheet; including payment breakdown
  • Provide customary gratuity guidelines for each type of vendor and others involved
  • Research, negotiate and book suitable vendors. We will schedule appointments and accompany clients in these vendor categories: Baker/Dessert, Caterer, Décor/Florist, DJ/Band, Photographer, Videographer, Venue selections, Wedding Attire, Officiant, Makeup and Hair, Calligrapher/Stationary, and Special Entertainment
  • Determination of availability and negotiation of discount rates for hotel room blocks
  • Provide vendors with a final head count
  • Facilitate delivery of sample floral, centerpiece, chairs, chargers, linens, and any other desired samples
  • Assist with development of out-of-town guest welcome letter, itinerary, and maps/directions to rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and any other relevant locations
  • Assist with the production of all items needed for seating at the reception (e.g., escort cards, menu cards, table numbers, etc.)
  • Book transportation arrangements for out-of-town guests and bride/groom
  • Attend and schedule dress appointment at up to 2 bridal boutiques
  • Schedule all wedding day and day after transportation for bride and groom
  • Attendance and direction (coordinated with officiate) at the rehearsal
  • Tour wedding venue

 

Design

  • Create an inspiration board via the bride’s initial ideas and thoughts
  • Provide products to design a concept board (color swatches, fabrics)
  • Discuss textures, color schemes and scale
  • Design lighting and ambiance for wedding ceremony and reception (up-lighting, accent lighting, task lighting, and ambiance lighting)
  • Develop and assist in creating ideas for favors and appropriate packaging
  • Assist in/design wedding stationary (programs, save-the-dates, invitations)
  • Wardrobe styling for entire wedding party including bride and groom
  • Complete involvement in selecting all aspects of decorative wedding design

 

Wedding Day

  • Complete execution of Day-of Coordinating (reference Day of Coordinating)
  • Manage wedding day timeline
  • Manage vendor set-up at ceremony and reception venue
  • Distribution of the wedding day timeline to wedding vendors, venue, bridal party and family
  • Assist members of the bridal party with wedding day duties, potential wardrobe issues, and any pertinent requests as they arise
  • Meet with site coordinator and coordinating manager
  • Assist bride and wedding party in dressing room throughout the wedding
  • Organization and distribution of all personal wedding flowers (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc.)
  • Behind the scene event management and troubleshooting
  • Coordination and timing of all members included in the wedding such as attendants, bride and groom
  • Coordination of entertainment and all announcements of events
  • Distribution of gratuities to the necessary vendors
  • Bustle gown and assist in other bridal party wardrobe needs
  • Assist with gifts and personal items at the end of the event

 

Post Wedding Day

  • Return Cake Rental items (Plateau, Cake Boards, Separator plates, etc.)
  • Supervise and assist in break down with vendors for up to 2 hours past wedding
  • Handle all tuxedo rentals the day after wedding
  • Collect portraits, cake knife set, champagne flutes, guest book & pen, etc. from reception
  • Collect personal wedding items and deliver to onsite bridal suite or to designated responsible party
  • Gather all personal and decor items and give to designated individual/vehicle
